1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle") for monthly plans, or on a one-time basis for lifetime plans.

For recurring subscriptions, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3. Use of Service

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated methods to access, crawl, or scrape the Service, except as expressly permitted by us through a dedicated API.
• Analyze websites that you do not have permission to analyze.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or reports generated by the Service without our express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Launchly AI and its licensors. You retain all rights to the URLs you submit and the data contained within your specific analysis reports. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the reports in connection with providing the Service to you.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Launchly AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
